Health Effect of Caffeine

Rock Star, Monster, Red Bull, Coffee, Tea, and Cola all have one thing in common…Caffeine!  Ok, there are some decaffeinated Rock Star, coffees, colas and teas. There are other energy drinks that I did not mention so you can add them to your list.  Believe it or not, there are reports of a positive health effect of caffeine with regard to exercise.  The health effect of caffeine helps the exerciser with their endurance.  That is, they can actually workout longer and harder, therefore burning more calories and fat!  Plus, it inhibits nerve endings so you don’t feel the lactic acid burn as much building in the muscles.

Caffeine does raise your heart rate, so please be mindful, not to surpass your maximum heart rate for any kind of length or duration!   It is perfectly ok to keep your heart rate in your target heart rate range. Also, watch the amount of caffeine and/or the time of day when you drink the caffeine, as it could interfere with your sleeping patterns.

Oh and by the way, the 5 Hour Energy drink, is all natural without the caffeine and that gives you energy too.  I also imbibe in those little bottles.  They are available at www.Fitnessfromthepro.com   So if you are looking for the positive health effect of caffeine…look no more!!

Caffeine Drinks

coffeeAh yes, the morning cup of joe, it helps to wake me up! Without my morning shots of caffeine drinks, I move very slowly. Sometimes I’m grumpy and just leave me alone. Does that sound familiar? Are you like that? That’s ok, we all have our little quirks.

I bring coffee and caffeine drinks to your attention so that you don’t make the mistake of taking your vitamins with them. Research shows, and we all know, coffee and caffeine are a stimulant. As a stimulant, it revs up your digestive system. As a result, not all the nutrients from your vitamins will be absorbed properly. I suggest you take your vitamins with a glass of water after you eat your breakfast.
