New Year’s resolutions seems to put people in weight loss and exercise mode, myself included. It looks like I have a few pounds to drop. One of the basic exercises that there is, and is good for the whole body, is push ups! These days it seems everyone is in the search for push up stands. Sure you can go ahead and buy push up stands. I’ve seen them priced anywhere from a little more than $9 all the way up to $99.
People use push up stands because when executing push ups it can place alot of pressure on your wrists. To that, I say, try to put most of your weight on the palm of your hand. If your wrists still
hurt when doing push ups, let me give you another little tip. Economic times being what they are, save your money and use dumbbells. Hold on to the dumbbells and you should feel relief in your wrists. The dumbbells do they same thing push up stands would do. So the choice is yours!
